What is cloud storage?

Cloud storage lets you save your work to our servers at any time while you’re drawing. If your computer shuts down unexpectedly or you accidentally close the browser, no problem. You can restore your project from the cloud folder whenever you want. You can even switch between devices and pick up right where you left off. And don’t worry about privacy. Why do you have paid plans?

Your support helps us keep this site running and brings some valuable perks!

First, cloud storage costs money to maintain. To keep providing quality service to all our users, we introduced paid plans to cover server and storage expenses.

Second, free users can store up to 3 projects, each valid for 7 days. After that, projects are frozen but not deleted. Upgrade to Pro and you’ll regain full access immediately.

Pro users get unlimited project storage with no expiration as long as their subscription is active. We also prioritize feedback and feature requests from Pro members.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel whenever you want. After cancellation, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. It simply won’t renew for the next cycle.

Can I get a refund?

No, all purchases are final and non refundable.

Will prices go up in the future?

Possibly. Right now our paid features focus on cloud storage, but we’re actively adding more premium features along the way. These will be included automatically for existing subscribers at no extra cost. We’re also planning to launch features like multiple brush colors soon. When that happens, prices may increase. But if you’re already subscribed, you’ll keep your original price for as long as your subscription remains active.
